When We Are Closedclosed_sign

In an emergency you should ring 111 and you will be connected to a Medical Professional who will advise you over the phone or arrange for you to be seen either at the out-of-hours Centre or at a home visit.

Walk-In and Minor Injury Clinics

There is a walk-In Clinic (no appointment necessary) for minor injuries at Upton Hospital Slough. Open 09:00 - 20:00 daily.

Also Heatherwood Hospital at Ascot has a nurse-led minor injuries centre.  Waiting times are generally shorter than in Accident & Emergency.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergencyNHS ChoicesThis site is brought to you by My Surgery Website
