Our practice nurses work in the treatment room. Typical matters they deal with are immunisations, holiday vaccinations, blood tests, dressings, cervical smears and health promotion work such as running specialised clinics for patients with heart disease, diabetes asthma etc. They are also available for consultation and advice on health related matters.
Bushra is currently helping us during Covid. She normally works as an HCA at our Sister site in Maidenhead.
She is currently with us Wednesday and Friday mornings
Diane is the Practice Manager across three sites. She can be contacted on a daily basis and is supported by Sue Grant
Sue is our Day Manager. She is well experienced in the day to day tasks and previously has worked as Receptionist . She is with Monday to Friday
Hayley works in Administration managing Referral Letters and other administration

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Zainab is one of our Reception Team
Simi has recently joined the team working as a morning Receptionist. Simi lives locally and previously worked at Heathrow Airport helping travellers with their queries.
Provides ante-natal clinics, ante-natal relaxation classes and visits patients in their homes both before and after delivery of their babies.
Community nursing sisters provide assistance for those confined to their homes. They can be contacted on 084507102033.
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
